Well it’s been over a month since i last posted something, sorry for those that are eager to read my quotes.

Stellar Dawn

Unfortunately, Stellar Dawn hasn’t really progressed in the media in the past while. It can be assumed that Jagex is hard at work, trying to make the game bigger and better then it was before.

Wreck Stop

For those that don’t know, Wreck Stop has been redone and made active once again. This new and improved Wreck Stop features both Player Killing and Clan Warring events.

This change was a double reasons for both more members and also, so we can also participate in clan wars and become one of those uber clans

Those who had previously applied for Wreck Stop will need to apply again and meet the new requirements. This is to ensure quality and attendance.

Stellar Stop

Stellar Stop has announced two events for December so far. The first one is our 2009 Santa Convention. Like last year we’ll be giving coal to all the naughty boys and girls and cabbage to all the good ones. Read the thread for the full information. I hope you can all come to this event on Thursday the 24th!

The second event is for this weekend, at the usual times. We have our Christmas Pest Control event. Make sure you all come to this last P2P event of the year!

There will be two more f2p events as well which are soon to be announced for this year. One of them is for the 19th. The other is for sometime shortly after the Santa Convention. What could these events be? Keep guessing and you’ll see soon Just be warned. The Noop Pirate is watching…..

This week we’re being challenged to a war against “SG” in the F2P worlds in clan wars. They’ve said they will be evening out our numbers with players of our level . So please help us in one of our first official wars

I’m designing new signatures which will hopefully be very unique and original (I’m an artist ).  I’m also looking for some ‘poses‘ or ‘avatars‘ for which will be selectable in the sigs. I want lots of variety, and I’m paying close attention to female avatars, as I’d like them to be even with the likes of males.

If you have any comments you want to post about the sigs, or feedback (i will be updated casually as Kieran and i get further in the making process) please post on this thread.

I hope you know by now, but this week we’re having a Halloween special with a special march around Runescape in our spookiest outfits. Which is then followed by a excellent game of scavanger hunt.

For the Costume contest we had in place,  we  have set up a specific thread to which players can post their entries (for either F2p or P2p) for the costume contest. This was to help those who cannot attend the event itself, and also to make the judging a lot more easier.

This does mean, to vote, you have to be a member of the forum. The entries will close sometime after the event (within 12 hours) and then a poll will be run for it. The two winners will receive a forum rank which will last for the entire year (or longer!)

In other news, Jagex have made the risky decision to completly redo Mechscape (I.E. Stellar Dawn) from a starting level. This has cost the company Tens of Millions of dollars because of this choice. Obviously this means there was good reason to it. You can read more, and comment on our forums on this thread.

Finally, as previously said in the last post, a video was leaked which was potentially a real stellar dawn trailer. This has been confirmed real, by Mod MMG. The video was made in early 2008 however, so that would explain the name “13 moons” and the lack of HD (which was released in the middle of 2008).

Also note, that because the game is being redone. It could be a lot different from what is seen in the trailer. It is a good watch however. You can find the link and comment about the video on this thread.

A Stellar Dawn trailer has been uploaded to YouTube by a user who calls himself ‘JagexInsider’. The trailer appears to be real, or if not, it is a very convincing fake.

Keep in mind that, assuming this is real, Jagex has said that they plan to change a lot about Stellar Dawn, so Stellar Dawn may end up being very different to what is shown in this trailer.

Nonetheless, it is definitely worth watching!

I’ve updated a few things, and there are a few things which are still in progress.

Firstly, we have the Stellar Stop Rune Head list up, so make sure you have a look. If you want to be added to the list, please post your Runescape name on this thread.

Secondly, i have updated the Tip.It page quite a bit to match the large growth within the clan and the new Tip.It forum. However, i’m having trouble with the images, so it may take a little bit to put some of the pictures up (including Banner/Rune Head/event pics ect)

An important announcement. We are looking for a group of around 3-5 to help organise UK time zone events (1+GMT). We’ll be accepting all nominations and the selected bunch will be named in due time. So if your interested, please look at this thread and follow the conditions. It will make you an even more valid member of the community by allowing players from other sides of the globe to join in such events making the community grow even further and on top, you will be looked up to!

Lastley, our event for this week is [P2P] Stealing Creation. This is for (10+GMT) time. It’s a great mini-game and i’m sure it’ll be a great event for all of us ^_^

The Stellarstop Forum has a shiny new Theme for you to stare at!

Our previous forum theme (Fire) was getting a bit old, and was placing a lot of unnecessary load on the Stellarstop Forum that would have become problematic when Stellar Dawn is released.

Of course, you can always change back to the Fire Theme if you dislike the new one.

With that out of the way I must go pack my bags, as I’m leaving for the airport in less than 4 hours. It’s not because I’m avoiding seeing your reactions to the new theme, I swear

Well, of course for some of you it’s Autumn, but if it’s like Australia’s weather you would be freezing. Cause we’re sweating like pigs (despite that fact that pigs can’t sweat…. Maybe we’re sweating like this guy)

First i should tell you all that the Mechscape (Stellar Dawn) conjoined event with Stellar Stop, Mechscape Wiki and Mechscape World has been postponed. The event will now occur sometime after Stellar Dawn is released. It is unknown weather the event will occur in Runescape or Stellar Dawn at this present moment.

A little mention from the great ol’ Aaron on the forums. Make sure you register your Stellar Dawn names soon, because once the game is released, it will be very hard to get look-a-like names. You can see what other people have registered and post your own names on this thread.

THIS WEEK

WRECKSTOP

Wreckstop is our own Pking Clan. It’s a side of the clan which has been open since earlier this year. We have weekly Pking events and you event get rewarded for your kills and attendances. If your interested in joining, sign up to the forums and see if you can fit the criteria.

That’s right folks. If you haven’t heard it already, then your clearly oblivious to the name changes around the website . On Saturday the 5^th of September, Mechstop was renamed to ‘Stellar Dawn’ due to the increasing evidence that Mechscape will in fact, be called “Stellar Dawn”.

You can comment about the name change by posting on the official forum thread.

This name change is obviously big, so we are still in the process of changing multiple names from Mechstop to Stellar Stop. If you notice any unchanged names such as advertisements on other sights or “Mechstop” in a sentence throughout the sentence, please let us know by posting on the thread.
