HALLOWEEN EVENT 2009

Halloween Is on this Saturday and to celebrate we're having 3 scary events being hosted in the f2p worlds with an additional p2p event being held on Sunday.

The first event is a march around Runescape with your scariest costume! During this event, you can drop in as you please and make the line longer and more scarier. Try your best to scare the civilians

The reason why you need to be in a scary costume is because we're having a costume contest as well!!! The goal is to have the scariest costume out of all of Stellar Stop! The only rule is that you cannot use any member's items.
Also, try be creative rather then just using items from past Halloween events.

We can all vote (yes, that means you get a voice too!) for who has the best outfit. Obviously, you can't vote for yourself, so be fair to the other people.

For you members who think you have a better scarier outfit, but it has members objects in it, we will also be judging some member's outfits in a p2p contest on Sunday.

The last event which will take up the most time is a Halloween themed scavenger hunt. This time, I've actually used my brain and made some funny and difficult clues, with no thoughts of (this is too hard ). So Make sure you come for that!

The scary march around Runescape will start at 6pm (10+ GMT) as we have some fun with the locals. The starting location will be Draynor bank* in world 50**
After about an hour (or shorter if you get bored), we will meet back at Draynor bank* do the costume contest.

The winner from both the f2p and p2p contests will get a fancy forum rank and some cash for the others to envy upon

Directly after, the contest, we will start the scavenger hunt. The three winners (1st/2nd/3rd) will get the usual clan chat rank and some coins

Yeah sure. If there's players that want to enter the costume one, but can't attent the actual event. They can snapshot their pic and post on the forums.

I'll set up a P2P costume page on Friday which you can post your entrants on.

Just as a matter of opinion. Would you guys like to have the contest also voted on the forums (i.e. members post their pic on the forum) and everyone votes on that?
Suggesting it, because it will be easier for people, such as DMT who can't attend. Also because the actual reward is a forum rank.

I think that's actually easier. We'll get all the entries in and voting can start after a date.

It's about creativity. Not just what Halloween items you have.
You can make various "scary" outfits without using any of the Halloween pieces. Of course, they do make it a bit easier.
