Confirmed Stellar Dawn Trailer Leak

It looks very real, although keep in mind that it could be fake.
Even if it is real, don't forget that Jagex plans to change almost everything about MechScape/Stellar Dawn now.

Even so, it's definitely worth watching.

Couldn't agree more Lord John, just to give you all a little background on the video, the video is extremely old, we created it for a Studio meeting back in February 2008 if I recall correctly, that means it even predates RuneScape HD!
The video was never designed for public viewing and as I said on the MSW Q&A we have fundamentally changed the game content and designs. Whilst the video may be a nice bit of eye candy for those of you eager to see the game, it would be a mistake to base your expectations of Stellar Dawn on anything you have seen in the video, actually I believe the video does the current game in development a disservice.

At least now i understand HOW the gameplay is. I was always thinking it was going to be different from Runescape's.

Graphics need an update (though, it's an old trailer).
I think it's real on the fact of all the concept art there. I don't think anyone would really try to draw fantastic artwork and then label the same way jagex staff do, just for video hits.

This statement is contraversy though (from the uploader's brief summary of the video

Well Jagex do own the domain Thirteenworlds.com, so it is a possibility that they may have been considering that name. The trailer says that there will be 13 planets and many more moons, not just 13 moons.

Typo... i did mean planets....

Yeah, but even so, they confirmed the name a few days before yesterday. So the "insider" should have said stellar dawn right? Even if he said "this is an old trailer, the game will be called stellar dawn."

Perhaps this is a conspiracy on Jagex's behalf. Maybe JagexInsider is a channel owned by Jagex and they released this to see the community reaction, without confirming anything? ::)

Also the name 13 Worlds could be to through people off. :P

That's a pretty damn good fake if it is one. But i reckon that's real.

Kieran you said you liked the pliigi in that vid, and since that's apprently non-Hd (i thought it was :o), i'm sure you'll love the pliigi in Stellar Definition ;)
