nice idea but some people probably already would have gotten all the penguins for the week, maybe plan it so no one gets the penguins for the week?

It's an alright thing. But people could have already completed the penguins for the week, would be reluctant to come. Of course, they could always trap the things.
But if it was a clan event, we would do one penguin at a time.

The other thing is: the specific penguin clan chats provide a faster (despite ruder environment) way of getting the penguins, so that's also a turn off.
But if people like the idea, we could always do it in the future :)
