[P2P] Noop Pirate, comes to town [P2P]
In my recent travels, i came across quite an interesting fellow. He speaks the English language, but he can be confusing at times, i have tried using the book of piracy, but alas, no luck. Maybe i am missing something? Out of the few things i managed to decipher out of him, i realised he wished to show the other side of the world to all those people who celebrate Christmas in the snowy atmosphere. He wanted to show that the southern sides are hard and humid filled with the need for fans.
He also gave me this note for you all to see. It is quite a long message though, so at the end of this note, i have provided a much shorter version for you all to read. 
Arr, ye freezing bellied landlubbers. I ar Pirate Noop. Through my hard-some journey through the deadly unknown lands. I visited the lands of Al Kharid and the Grainy heat that laid southward. I came to realise that they are unfortunate. In such deathly heat, how does a hot wool-made suit help then? Or scarves? They desire the likes of instant snow which will cool them and a ice pendant which would let their beating hearts feel the ice of the north.
I ar a good pirate, helping i do most. As such, i need help, i need to develop a item which will help those in the hotter regions. Such the likes of Australia (Note to self: sounds like Auzzie, not Aussie) and Egypt. I require the assistance of many people, from all sides of the earth, as you manage to travel much easier then my vessel, the grinder. I am stopping currently in the town of Lumbridge. I have heard this is where most of the people beg for presents, so i thought this might help. (Also note to self: Looking HIP and COOL in front of beggars does not help the situation)
By the time you read this message, i shall have wandered to the land of Al Kharid. I need to revisit that man whom scammed me of a gold trinket.
For those that wish to help me (P.S. I shall not threaten thee with the likes of cannons or swords.... or parrots) meet me outside the throne room, found in the middle of the town. I will be cooling off from this dreadrish heat. Don't hurt the guards i say, they are quite nice livers. But again, i am unable to control the action of others.
This shall be on the 26th of December 2009 at 9am Greenwich Mean Time. SHARP, i do not like lolly gaggers, if you miss my morning speech, then ask one of the bystanders to re-inform you.
As you new aged people don't have the item known as patience, nor the ability to pay attention for long periods of time (..... has i lost anyone?) I will keep this short.
When you arrive, i shall explain what i require.
I will detail you on an arrange of items i require in order to make this present i have designed for the much hotter people (no pun intended.... Don't even think about it).
Your job is to locate these items, and retrieve them for me. Ah and for those who think the likes of the "GRAND EXCHANGE" will acess these items easily. I have two more things. As this speak hurts my brain, as well as my left eye. My full bloody language will be used to describe these items.
Lastly, because my fear of commitment, i cannot stay in Al Kharid for long. I will tell you where i will next be standing so you can locate me to find the next set of items.
I have increased the pay of my crew (Muddy Soul suckers, required me to) for them to assist you as well. A few of them will have set out some directional arrows when you are getting closer to where i am standing, or where an item you need to find is.
After i have found all my items, i shall knight you the most helpful land breather. I have "found" some spare coins, which i will happily donate to the first 3 people whom can retrieve these items i need.
After i have enough items, i will begin work on my present. My Pirate crew will try their best to entertain you while i work (Note: Teach crew how to entertain things that move, rather then things that don't.).Although late, i require you to send them to the little boys and girls whom are in lumbridge, as i am sure they will want nothing else.
Extra pirate love shall go out to those few livings.

For those whom read his message, you know the details, but i am here to help you out.
On the 26th December 2009 at 9:00AM Universal Mean Time (0+/- GMT) the Noob pirate will be just outside Al Kharid's throne room on the Runescape world 131. You are to listen to his instructions in order for him to create his 2nd Christmas present for the people in the hot lands.
Following his slightly torn clues, you have to find the different items he requires as well, as where he will next be located.
There will be his Pirate crew helping you out during the event, putting tree markers in areas when you are closer to where either the Noop Pirate is, or where one of the Next items can be found.
If you are one of the first three people to give the Noop Pirate the items he needs, then you will be rewarded with some gold coins that he "found".
While being entertained by his Pirate Crew, the Noop Pirate will make his present, which he will then give out to his helpers.
You should give this out to all the little noobs on world 108 (This world might change).
