H.A.M. Event
On Saturday, we had one of our biggest events ever. It was the H.A.M. (Humans against Monsters) event! Everyone was told to dress up in H.A.M. gear for a parade around Gielinor! I've heard that it was excellent fun with many people following at the end, however, it ended in Clan Wars instead of Daemonheim.

Achievements
-I got 66 thieving :D
-Ady got 71 Dungeoneering! *Cough* Nerd *Cough
-Dylan got 55 Dungeoneering!
You  know what. I've been searching through the A logs and ITS ALL DUNGEONEERING! IM TIRED OF SEEING IT NO MORE ACHIEVEMENTS.

Dungeoneering
I'm sure you've all heard of Dungeoneering by now. Dungeoneering is the new skill. It's basically a classic dungeoner crawler style where you battle through rooms or solve cunning (But easy once you find out how to do them) puzzles to finally reach the Boss Room where a powerful foe awaits you. The dungeons and bosses were the "High Leveled bosses and dungeons" that Jagex said they were working on. There is a lot of debate about whether this should be a skill or a minigame however, I think that those people are just sad kids without a life. I mean seriously, why waste your time ranting when you could be enjoying the new skill? THAT'S RIGHT, I SAID SKILL!!! *cough* Anyways back on topic, the rewards are probably the best I've seen in a while. Probably the most useful are The Bonecrusher (Converts any bones that a monster dropped as a guaranteed drop to prayer exp), the Anti-Poison totem (Prevents Poison when your using it) and the new weapons, which are even more powerful then the pvp weapons, however they require an expensive recharge. If you haven't tried Dungeoneering, I recommend you try it.

The Thieving Guild
Recently, Jagex released the THIEVING GUILD. This guild is different from the rest as it starts off as just a basement with a training dummy. After you complete the quest however, there's a few more things. It is a new type of guild in the sense that you have to do Miniquests to unlock more things. There are 3 miniquests altogether. I have finished them all and I find the Guild rather disappointing. There isn't really much and in my opinion the best thing there is the bank. The miniquests were rather fun however, especially the last one where you had to steal the guild registration papers. It was a rather interesting puzzle that kept my reined for 10 minutes.

Rune Fest 2010
RuneFest is the Runescape Real Life event! Jagex has said that there would be many things like Insider Q&A sessions and other things. The problem is, you need to be 16 to go (Due to alcohol -.-) and the tickets cost 75 pounds (about $100+ USD). When you buy a ticket however, you get a code which you can redeem at Diango for a "Flagstaff of Festivities". THIS IS REAL WORLD TRADING. THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY ON THIS BECAUSE JAGEX IS A NUB REAL WORLD TRADER AND SHOULD GET BANNED.

Picture of the week

StellarCast
Unless you live in a pit far away from the forums, you'll know that Kieran and Dylan have been doing a weekly Podcast (Yes weekly, unlike this newsletter =/). It is quite interesting with them talking about the various Runescape and Stellarstop happenings. Probably my favourite part of it is their accents :D. Anyways, There are currently two made. I recommend you listen to both especially if you haven't been checking Stellarstop or Runescape. The link to it is below.

Follower Wars
This is a brand new competition for the newsletter! It's a little game. Basically, whenever you get someone to join, tell them to pm me something like "X told me to join". Then, I add 1 to your "Follower count". During each newsletter i'll randomly pair up people and the followers will "Fight". For example, if someone had 10 followers and the person they got paired up with has 6, the person with 10 followers wins but only has 10-6=4 followers left. FOLLOWERS WITH LESS THEN 10 POSTS DO NOT COUNT. I assure you the prize will be well worth it. I encourage you all to play and have fun :D. Hopefully this will also help our forums get active so everyone wins!

Fin
That ends this, Text filled, newsletter. Maybe next time i'll try make it more pictures less words. However, I need you all to help! I keep repeating this and I know many of you are busy, but a short article is more then enough. Please, if you want a good quality newsletter to continue, I urge you to help!
