With the elite diaries, any or most of the advantages (like the Karamaja gloves) no longer require you to wear the item. For example, you don't need to wear the varrock armour to get more battlestaves.

That is because of your clan chat colour settings. I set mine to purple, so I have a purple user name.
Not sure if that is technically a hidden update though.


More updates: Tiny Elf Crystal's invent image changed to the same as when dropped on floor
Potions (1,2,3) had a graphics update, same with jewellery and various armour. These looked badly clipped, so i'm assuming they'll be fixed soon.
* Armillary sphere now has a gold trim around it.

i thought they said this "In addition to choosing the colour of your split chat, you can now choose the colour for your Clan Chat messages via the chat display options button on the settings interface." and only my msg changes colour :S maybe bug? im not really sure cos i heard theres many lol

Yeah i'm assuming it's a bug. Because they did say just for the clan chat.
When I was on last night, the user names kept changing (like in chat box). At times, all would be in colour, then one would go white, then another and the rest still purple (my colour).
