Maybe they represent the 4 playable Stellar Dawn Races. They all look pretty strange though, it's anybody's guess which symbol represents which species :P

The left one - Shield - might be some defensive race
The second one - Bug like thing- Might be some insect race
Last one - Looks like a target or magic or something, maybe a long distance killing race or something?

Yeah i'm sticking on the 4 playable race thing. Logos/symbols of something are generally big, so the only big thing i can think of are races, or important cities/shops.
