EDIT: Just finished today's puzzle, nothing too difficult, but it's made me eager!

Below is a semi-spoiler on how to do it:

What you need to do: Find a place in Runescape that has "11 barless cages" (in the same setup as picture).

Those 11 bar less cages will have numbers on them.

The answers to that algorithm below it are numbers from the cages. When the numbers match, that's the item you have to bring.

You have to take the items to the girl wearing a red party hat who always talks about a guy wearing a sunglasses, a party hat and has a huge as afro.
